Demountable and Folding Stack Frames

Stack Frames are great as temporary racking. They can be stacked in a small footprint until required, thereby making full use of expensive warehouse space.

Because two or more sides are open, long lengths of carpets, poles, timber, etc, can easily be stored and relocated whilst still in the frame.

The base corners act as sleeves for the posts. The posts are capped to prevent water ingress. Locating the base cup feet onto the four capped posts is very easy. The load weight is transferred directly down each corner post to the floor.
The Demountable Stack Frame. It is sized 1450 mm long x 1000 mm wide x 1500 mm high.

Loading capacity: 1500 Kgs. Stackable 3 high.

The best part is that when the bases are stacked onto each other, they only take up the footprint of one frame, so there is minimal yard or warehouse storage space required to store them, and like the ABLE Containers they are very cost effective to transport.

Folding Stack Frames

The Folding Stack Frame incorporates two sturdy side frames that fold down when not in use to allow shipping, without any loose poles. Takes a few seconds to set up. The frame construction prevents large objects from falling through.

Perfect for pallets. poles. carpets, cartons, large loose parts, etc.

Stack Frames are perfect for closed loop delivery systems where the container can be returned to the depot for re-filling. Many times, no pallets are required, and the load can still be stretch wrapped and top covered for safety, weather protection and theft minimization.

As the corners sit snug under the feet of the unit stacked above, the stack for transporting is very stable.
