STRETCH FILM - HAND
The film shown below, is one off. We purchased it cheaply and it for sale at a very good price. Why? Well the core size is only 37 mm diameter instead of the standard 50 mm, so you can get a finger in the core or you can use one of our specially adapted Hand Dispensers at $85.00 + GST. The film is also thinner than our standard range. So you will use more product, unless you are using this for simple, cheap unitisation. Otherwise please use our regular high quality 7 layer cast films below. Call for special pricing on these rolls.

BUNDLE WRAP
The small width roll that wraps easily around pipes, bunches, or single strand around the top of your load to keep it steady.

NETTING WRAP
This is a thin knitted netting, that is flexible, but with no tackifier. The end is tied into the load. (Often preferred over vented, to maintain airflow. Strong unitisation but little give).

PALLET COVERS
This is a top sheet that hangs down about 300 mm around the load edges, and is secured by stretch film. It helps prevent damage through moisture and dust. Usually 1680 mm square, supplied in a roll folded once and perforated. Standard gauge is 25um but can be thinner or thicker, dependent upon your requirement.

HAND STRETCH WRAP FILM DISPENSER
Makes life so much simpler if you are paying out the film onto the load whilst tensioning the film at the same time. Remember to keep the tackifier (the slightly stickier side of the film) to the inside. Test this way. Take film and bend it over back onto itself. One side will be slightly stickier than the other.

CORNER PIECES
To keep your tall load from falling over, To protect the corners from damage. To allow another pallet to sit on top, with the corner posts taking some of the weight.

EDGE PIECES
These are cut from corner pieces, and available in a carton, or you can cut them yourself from corner pieces. They act as a strong top edge carton protector when strapping a load.

PACKAGING TAPE
Standard is 48 mm wide x 75 Mtrs. 6 rolls per pack. Other sizes available as are different substrates and backing adhesives.

PACKAGING TAPE PISTOL GRIP DISPENSER
The Pack King pistol grip dispenser allows the operator to seal cartons one handed. Simply press the end of the tape to the side of the carton and pressure roll the tape firmly to the carton surface along the top and down the other side.
By tilting forward, the tape will cut cleanly, and leave a tab ready for the next sealing job.
Minimum waste. Maximum efficiency and no looking for invisible tape ends.
