Model KFB-1: Half folding plastic bin
Model KFB-1 is a half folding plastic bin, with vented sides and base, to allow air flow through the product or produce.
It is the same footprint as a standard Aussie pallet 1162mm x 1162mm x 560 mm high external (folded it is only 280 mm high), and 1090 mm x 1080 mm x 400 mm high internal.
Capacity is 350 Kg. Bulk stacked it is 2800 Kg, so it can be stacked 8 high – full, or 20 high folded. Folding allows for lower shipping return costs.
Working temperature range is -20oC to +40oC. Unit weight is 44 Kg.
Base is two way entry. Manufactured from food grade polymer with high UV stabiliser content.
Non vented model is available, as is a dust cover lid.
Model KFB-2: Full folding plastic bin
Model KFB-2 is a full height folding plastic bin. Dimensions are as above, but with 635 mm internal height (780 mm external). Stacking is up to 6 high. Capacity is 500 Kg / bin. Non vented also available + lid.
